I created Groundway Coaching to support women navigating the parts of life and career that no longer feel fully aligned.
My Story
For over 15 years, I built a global career in marketing, leading brands, teams, and businesses across different countries and cultures.
On paper, it looked successful. And in many ways, it was.
But life doesn’t move in straight lines.
Motherhood, personal challenges, changing priorities, and identity shifts made me question what success really meant and what kind of life I wanted to build moving forward.
That journey is what led me to coaching.
Today, through Groundway Coaching, I help women navigate life and career transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust so they can make choices that truly align with who they are now.

People don't need fixing. People need space.
Space to think clearly, slow down, and understand what truly matters to them.
